Course structure

This is a 5-day, virtual event designed for you! Each day, we will meet live for 30-35 minutes to engage in a brief instructional session, during which you are encouraged to ask questions and participate actively. After each session, you will have homework assignments to complete, which are designed to help you apply the day’s lessons directly to your own situation. These assignments should be submitted through our group’s community platform, fostering interaction and support among participants. After registering, you will receive detailed instructions via email on how to access the live sessions and submit your assignments.
