Overview
The Traveler's Mindset Course empowers individuals to recognize and overcome travel-related fears, distinguishing between phobias and general travel anxiety. By applying the 8 dimensions of wellness, participants will create personalized travel plans tailored to their interests and comfort levels. They will also learn to evaluate their travel experiences, identifying successes and areas for improvement. With a focus on practical application, the course requires only a willing heart and listening ears, with some modules featuring worksheets for deeper engagement.
